Carlos started his career as the in-house photographer at Dolce Magazine and its sister publication City Life Magazine in Toronto.
Over seven years, he photographed hundreds of people and places: from celebrities to local business owners, Michelin-starred restaurants to mom & pop shops.
During his assignments, he encountered great architecture and design, leading him to discover his natural affinity for architectural and interiors photography.
Through masterful use of natural and artificial light, thoughtful composition and a layer of story-telling, Carlos’ style of photography communicates how it feels to be in a particular space.
In 2021, Carlos opened his own photography studio, catering to interior designers, architects and contractors. More recently, through strategic partnerships with content creators, videographers and editors, Carlos A. Pinto Photography is now a full service digital media studio, specialising in professional photography, long-form video and social media content creation for interior design and adjacent specialties.
